Yes, guaranteed. We source directly from authorised distributors and verify every bottle before shipping. If for any reason a product is found not to be genuine, we offer a full refund with no questions asked.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually the same business day. Use that number to track directly with the carrier.
Can I return an opened fragrance?
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened, sealed fragrances can be returned within 30 days — see our Returns page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and any applicable import duties vary by destination country.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Express delivery is 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same day on business days.
