30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on all unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thecrownparfum.com with your order number.
How to Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- We will send a prepaid returns label within 24 hours
- Ship the item back in its original, unopened packaging
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please ensure you are happy with your choice before opening.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
